In Q2 2008, Forrester evaluated 35 CRM solutions. In the CRM enterprise suites category, Forrester surveyed 10 CRM vendors, comprising 14 products: Amdocs, Chordiant Software, ciboodle, Consona, Infor, Microsoft, Oracle (E-Business Suite CRM, PeopleSoft CRM, Siebel CRM, and Oracle CRM On Demand products), Pegasystems, RightNow Technologies, salesforce.com, and SAP.
